After the brilliant response and participation by fitness pro community in our First season of Duathlon 2017, we are presenting the 'Second Season' and it is a 'Timed Event' this time.

Duathlon 2018 (Lucknow) is a 'Competitive Recreational Athletic Event' (timed event*) comprising of Run followed by Ride and finishing by Run again. Doing this challenging task back to back is a real test of participant's endurance and strength. For those who have graduated Marathons, Half Marathons, Trail Runs and Cyclothons etc; Duathlon is a brilliant opportunity to test you fitness further and prove your mettle. We know that this motivation is big enough to attract all the Super fit fitness enthusiasts to register yet the icing on the cake is that there are attractive prizes to be won as well.

Events Detail:

Standard Distance- 10 Km Run + 38 Km Cycle+ 5K Run

Sprint Distance- 5 Km Run + 19 Km Cycle+ 5K Run

Speed Challenge- 10K Run

Fun Run / Costume Run - 2Km , 3 Km & 5 Km

Veteran Run/walk- 5k

First Day: 2 Km Run + 5 Km Cycling ...... Increase daily 1 Km Run and 2 Km Cycling

Today is my Day One and I did 2 Km Run + 5 Km Cycling

I work toward consistency to achieve the target and tagging at least 5 of my Lucknow friends to 
take up this challenge. It would be interesting to see how many of you can really take it ?? 

The aim is to take the challenge that can foster a sense of community and motivate people to a 
common purpose. It goes a long way toward shaking up your fitness routine and giving you a 
reason to keep trying.
